Survey Fees

 

Our fees for undertaking surveys are tailored to the nature of the property and will vary according to the age, size and complexity of the property. They will also depend on the type of survey required. A Home Survey Level 2 Report will cost from £450 plus VAT for a small flat. A Building Survey is unlikely to cost less than £600 plus VAT.
